“Agility is critical for us,” says Greg, emphasizing how the company has built the ability to pivot its raw material sourcing in as little as 90 days – a process that in some cases could take years.

“Our internal global raw material group is a key part of that agility. This team, with representatives from Asia, North America, and Europe, keeps us informed on pricing trends and new suppliers. That way, when we need to pivot, we’re always ready.”
